We're a full-service mortgage team based in Seal Beach, serving Orange County, Los Angeles, and all of California. Purchase, refinance, HELOC, construction-to-perm, if it finances a home, we've closed it.
Since 2021 we've run on Lower's platform, one of the country's leading home-finance companies, which gives our clients daily-priced competitive rates and genuinely modern technology, with the accountability of two named people whose reputations live and die on your closing date.

How we work
What "The Ultimate Mortgage Experience" actually means
Transparency before anything. You'll see rate, fees, and payment side by side, for every program you qualify for, not just the one that's easiest to sell. Clients use the word "transparent" in their reviews unprompted, which is exactly how we want it.
Communication on a schedule. Milestone updates at every stage, proactive calls when anything needs attention, and a team that actually picks up the phone. You will never wonder where your loan stands.
Speed as a discipline. Underwriting work happens up front, not at the deadline. That's why "closed early" appears again and again in our reviews and why listing agents treat our pre-approvals as good as done.
Honesty even when it costs us. If waiting six months to build credit gets you a better loan, we'll tell you. If refinancing doesn't pencil out, we'll tell you that too.
